Terms of Use
These are the terms this site is used under. They are short because the arrangement is simple, and shorter still today: we publish what we can source, and there is no contractor attached to this site to pass a request to yet.

Who you are dealing with
Nashville Apex Solar is a lead matching service, and it is not a solar company. It designs nothing, installs nothing, repairs and removes nothing, employs none of the people who do that work, and holds none of the registrations and agreements that work requires. The about page covers the same ground at more length, including who pays whom.
What we are responsible for, and what we are not
Passing your request on is the whole of what this site is built to do with it, and no contractor is attached to it yet, so there is currently nobody it would be passed to. That is a statement about today and this page is where it gets corrected.
When one is working with this site, anything agreed after the hand-off is between you and them: the price, the equipment, the schedule, the workmanship and whatever warranty sits behind it are theirs to set and theirs to honour. We would not be a party to that agreement and we would not arbitrate it.
Nobody's licence, insurance or registration is checked by us on your behalf, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise. Sending a request obliges nobody to quote it, and receiving a quote obliges you to accept nothing.
Nothing here is professional advice about your own roof, your own bill or your own tax position. It is general information about how this market works, and general information is all a web page can give you. Anything on this site touching a credit, an incentive or an export programme describes what a publisher has said. It is not tax advice, and the person to ask about your own return is your own tax adviser.
The figures on these pages
Every rate, threshold, fee and deadline published here names the organisation that published it and the day we read it. That is deliberate, and this trade is the reason: the federal position on residential solar changed inside the last two years, one part of it has since been to court, the fuel cost adjustment on a power bill here moves month to month, and permit fees are set locally and revised locally.
So read the date beside a figure as part of the figure. It was accurate when it was checked, it links back to the page it came from, and before you rely on any of it for a purchase, a permit or a tax return, open the source and see what it says today. We are not liable for a decision made on a number that has moved since we read it.
None of it is a quote either. What a system costs on your roof depends on the roof, the usage, the equipment and the utility, which is what an estimate is for.
Links to other sites
The sources cited across this site belong to the people who publish them. We link them so you can read the original instead of taking our word for it, and we check that each one loads before it ships and again before launch. What is on the other end of a link after that is not ours to control, and a page that was correct when we read it can be edited, moved or taken down.
The writing on these pages
The research, the writing and the layout are ours. Quote a paragraph if it is useful to you, with a link back. Do not republish a page wholesale.
The photographs are illustrative and were generated for these pages. None of them shows a job booked through this site.
Changes, and how to reach us
These terms can change. The date at the top of the page is when they last did, and the version that applies to a request is the one that was published when you sent it. They are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee.
To reach us, use the contact page and say what you need in the message. What happens to anything you send is set out in the privacy policy.
